Concertina Sketchbooks – Streets and Buildings with Karen Stamper

A great opportunity to work with Karen Stamper, and form your own personal sketchbook from your photographs and pictures of architecture and streets that inspire you.

A fun and exciting workshop, you do not need to prepare anything, just come along and develop your sketchbook pages in a supportive environment. We will work with inks, pens, pencils and collage to develop 4-10 pages on the theme of buildings/streets. We will be responding to the collage elements and mark making, as in Karen’s sketchbooks. She spends hours arranging papers and layering to create her beautiful artwork and is inspired by shorelines, boats, harbours and decorative motifs as well as buildings streets. Go to . Main image here is by one of her students on the workshop.
