‘Sparkly Seahorse’ – A Gold Work with Wendy Mansfield

Participants will cover a multitude of techniques to include felt padding, Pearl Purl, chipping and learning how to sew down Jap.
The seahorse design will be supplied pre- printed on a light blue silk background , so we will be able to start sewing on the day.
The kit which will contain very thing you need to complete this luxurious sliver blue seahorse will include the following:
PDF instructions, Silk fabric with printed design, felt for padding, needles, beeswax, metal threads and design template.
The kit cost £20.00 payable to Wendy on the day.
This class is suitable for all levels of embroiderers, from beginner upwards.
You may wish to bring with you on the day a 10″ embroidery hoop and a
magnifier, desk lamp if you need one. Scissors and embroidery hoops are available
for you to use on the day.
This is an extensive project so you will not complete the seahorse in one day however we have extended the day from 10am start to 4.45pm to allow for as much stitching time as possible and Wendy will ensure you will go home fully equipped with the knowledge and confidence to complete the project.
