Description
Morning – collecting leaves and monoprinting onto semi-transparent fabric. Colouring with paints and inks. Range of colourways.
Afternoon – using our printed fabrics to stitch using the contemporary Pojagi piecing method.
The outcome will be a unique double sided semi-transparent panel ideal to hang in a window or against a pale wall. The size can be adapted to fit your space.
Requirements :
- Your lunch
- A4* gelliplate or laminated A4 sheet or OHP acetate
- Padded surface – old sheet or towel
- Brayer
- Acrylic paints in your chosen colours plus black
- Small spray bottle
- A4 copier paper – approx. 20 sheets
- Old iron
- Sewing machine in good working order
- Variety of machine threads in your chosen colourway
- Cutting mat, ruler and rotary cutter
- Usual sewing kit – pins, scissors
*Or whatever size gelliplate you have
