Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions

By making a payment for any of my groups or workshops you agree to abide by my terms and conditions.

What’s included:

Please take note of the specific requirements of what is included for each group or workshop; you can find the details in the individual workshop page. This will list what I will provide, and what you should bring yourself.

I reserve the right to make amendments to workshops and their requirements, but where I do, I will notify you if you have booked a place and if this will affect you.

Workshop Machines :

You are very welcome to use my machine on the day but do contact me beforehand to confirm this.

Health & Safety:

All participants should wear sensible shoes and clothing (ie. not what you would wear to your favourite restaurant!) as depending on the subject of your workshop, the resources or equipment we use could stain or damage your clothing. I am not liable for any damage that occurs to clothing.

If you have any particular requirements around accessibility or special requests, then please inform me of these before you book onto the group or workshop so I am able to accommodate your needs.

I am not liable for:

  • Any accidents or injuries that may occur whilst you are in the class and in my property, which includes the studio and grounds
  • The breakdown of your machines breaking on my premises

Please take care when accessing my property during all weathers.

Dietary requirements & food allergies:

If you have any dietary requirements or food allergies, then please inform me of these before you book onto the group or workshop so I am able to accommodate your needs.

Pricing:

I reserve the right to alter pricing at any time and the prices are current at the time of booking.

Lateness:

My groups and workshops are packed with as much creativity as I can possibly fit in, so it really helps if you arrive promptly for your workshop at 9.45am for a 10am start unless otherwise stated.

Studio doors open 15 minutes before any group and workshop for refreshments unless otherwise stated on the group or workshop page. Please read the details for the place you are booking carefully to ensure you are aware of all the requirements for your booking.

Content:

You are prohibited from using any of the class information, designs, photography or materials I supply for your own commercial purposes such as a business or classes

Gift vouchers:

Refunds are not available on gift voucher purchases, nor can gift vouchers be exchanged for cash or other goods. Gift vouchers are valid for 18 months from their date of purchase. To book a workshop with a gift voucher, please get in touch directly via hello@alexandrawaylett.com
