Description
This “Fabulous Frame” bag has a wide easy opening, but secure zip top, two internal pockets, one external pocket and plenty of room inside!
You can really go to town with the fabric combinations on this one and make a truly unique bag.
My favourite fabrics are Harris tweed with a Liberty lining, but you can use any fabric of choice – a stronger weight/upholstery fabric is best for the exterior with a regular cotton or silk for the lining.
Finished size 10” high x 14” wide x 4” deep.

£15 for Stella to cover materials.
Top exterior fabric 100cm x 50cm
Bottom exterior fabric : 100cm x 20cm
Lining fabric :1m (standard width 44”). This will give you plenty for the pockets as well. You may want to bring along some extra scrap bits of fabric if you want contrasting pockets.
Zips : Two No 5 zips one 20” and one 10” for exterior
Internal zip pocket one 8”
Webbing for handles : Min 2m or more if you would longer handles
I always use YKK No 5 zips – these are chunkier than a regular dress zip and much more suitable for bags.
